Hypnotic Weight Loss: Eliminating The Excuses!

The problem with diets is that it’s so easy to make excuses.
  • “I’m going out with friends tonight.  I’ll go back on my diet tomorrow!”
  • “It’s raining out today.  I’ll work out extra hard at the gym tomorrow!”
  • “Just one more little piece of chocolate cake won’t hurt!”
  • And on ... and on ... and on!
If you’ve ever dieted, you’ve probably heard these thoughts go through your mind once or twice.  I’m sure if you think about it ... you can probably come up with a few more to add to my list.  Diets are filled with excuses.
